Top Promotion recently purchased a new testing equipment, a simulated transportation vibration table, also known as a vibration table. The vibration table simulates the bumps and jolts that products may experience during transportation, making it an ideal tool for testing various promotional products such as jewelry, bags, cups, and more. With this equipment, we can greatly improve the reliability and quality of our products.
The testing standards for the simulated transportation vibration table are set by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Both standards require the equipment to have a fixed amplitude of 25.4mm (1 inch) and a frequency of 1.5-5Hz (or 100-300 rpm adjustable). The testing is based on a total of 14,200 vibrations, with the test speed selected accordingly.
